What Inzira keeps about you, and for how long.
Who we are
Inzira Ltd is a private company in Kigali. We are not a government institution, and we are not Irembo. Write to contact@inzira.rw or call +250 788 274 354.
What we ask for
We ask for your name and email to open a request. A phone number is optional, for a call or WhatsApp. We ask for a national ID only when the service needs one, and we say so before you type it. You also send the documents that service requires. We keep the payment reference for money you pay us.
What we do not do
We do not look you up in a government register. We do not search NIDA, Irembo or RRA. A 16-digit number is not proof that an identity card exists, or that it is yours.
How long we keep it
Documents you upload are deleted 90 days after the request is finished, or sooner when you ask. Certificates we send you stay in your account until you delete it. Payment records stay, because they are accounts. If you delete your account, those records stay without your name, email or phone number.
Who can see it
The person handling your request can see what you sent. We send an institution only what that filing needs. We do not sell your details.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account when no request is still open. Your name, email, phone and files are removed. You can also ask us to delete the documents of a finished request before the 90 days are up.
