What we do for you, what we charge, and what we cannot decide.
What we do
Inzira prepares a request, files it through the official channel and follows it up. We are a private company. We are not the institution, and we do not decide the outcome.
The two fees
Every service shows two amounts before you pay. The official fee is set by the institution. Usually you pay it to them, and the receipt is in your name. Our fee pays for checking, preparing, filing and following up. It is agreed before we start. When an official fee passes through us, we do not add to it.
The decision
Only the institution can approve or refuse an application. We file a complete request and follow it up. We cannot promise the result.
Stopping
You can ask us to stop before the request is filed. Our fee is refunded when the work has not started, and the refund is recorded on the request. An official fee already paid to the institution follows that institution’s rules.
Your documents
Send documents you have the right to share. We use them only for that request. The privacy page says how long we keep them.
